Regulation
Lures and Tackles
- Only NORIES spoons and hard baits lures are allowed.
- Modified lures are not allowed to use, however it is allowed to use painted of NORIES spoons and plugs. (No added weight)
- Do not use under 18 mm of the spoons. (all Nories spoons are OK)
- It must be used barbless single hook. However it cannot use own debarbed hook and crashed barb hook. Also it cannot use that dress/dressing hook and red coloured hook.
- It is allowed to use only one hook in each one eye. In case of hard bait lure is allowed maximum 2 hooks. Spoon is allowed to use a hook
- Do not use any front hook of spoons.
- The angler is able to bring maximum 7 feet length and 6 rods in the tournaments. (6 rods on the lake)
- The overall length of the landing net must not exceed 160 cm.
Counting the fish
- The angler have to call “HIT” before catching. It is necessary to the judgement.
- The catch is counted in case the fish touched the inner side of the landing net.
- The catch is counted in case the hook is inside the mouth, outside but within the head or under the head. If the hooking is outside the head for gills, body or tail, it will not be able to count.
- It is no count to land the fish. It is no count when is fish catch into your hands. When fish have your lure very deep, you should to ask referee for permition to catch fish to your hands.
- When the fish is hooked after “Stop” signal, it is not counted. In case of the fish is hooked and “Hit” call before “Stop” signal and then landed after “Stop” signal, it is counted.
Others
- All anglers have to make efforts to keep the tournaments fair. They also have to make efforts to keep the tournaments enjoyable for everybody.
- Any help of line trouble, changing hooks, rod, lure, advice for other angler during the competition, using the fishing rod as a placed rod, fishing style of intentional foul hooking, using any attractant, intentional casting to outside of front direction and any kind of fraud, hinders the progress of a tournament or behaves in a way that harms the quality and reliability of a tournament, the sponsor and organiser or judges may apply caution or penalties, such as disqualification in some case.
- All anglers have to wear sunglasses or glasses and a cap during the competition. (safety issue)
- The sponsor and organiser shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or theft sustained by the participants during the competition.
- When the sponsor and organiser decide that it will interfere with operation, the sponsor and organiｓer may change the operational rule, regulation and others. It is not accept any complaints about rules and regulations.

Manual of the tournaments progress: case of 64 anglers
First round qualification – A 40 min ( 20min × 2 matches), B 40 min (20 min × 2 matches) .
64 anglers are received A1 – A32, and B1 – B32 numbers. It is into 8 groups of 4 anglers per each group × A and B. Each group takes the certain zone. 4 anglers rotate within the same zone. The match is divided into two halves of 20 min playing time. (20 min × 2 matches = 40 min.) After 20 min, anglers will be rotation the same zone. Rotation and interval time is cca 2 min. The anglers make a judgement. When A1-A4 play the fishing match, the judgment will be same zone of B1- B4. It is decided the winner according to total quantities of caught fish in the first round. Top 2 winners of the group will proceed to winner category, 2 losers of the group will proceed to consolation match. In such cases, same quantity of fish caught in the first round, it will be opened 5 min playoff. Winner is who caught a fish first. If it is no fish within 5 min – it is time for draw.
Second round qualification: Winner category – 40 min (20 min × 2 matches)
Consolation match – 40 min (20 min × 2 matches)

At first, the match of this category is played. 2 winners of A group and 2 winners of B group match up. Each group plays the certain zone as the first round. Fishing position will be decided from lower number to higher A before B. The match is divided into two halves of 20 min playing time. (20 min × 2 matches = 40 min.) After 20 min, anglers will rotate the same zone. Rotation and interval time is cca 2 min. It is decided the winner according to total quantities of caught fish in the second round. Top two of each group advance to the third round. If it is no fish within 5 min – it is time for draw.
[Consolation match]
2 losers of A group and 2 losers of B group match up.
The match is divided into two halves of 20 min playing time. (20 min × 2 matches = 40 min.). After 20 min, anglers will be rotation the same zone. Rotation and interval time is 2 min. It is decided the winner according to total quantities of caught fish in the consolation match. Top one of each group advance to the third round. In case the quantity of fish caught is same, it will be opened 5 min playoff. Winner is who caught a fish first. If it is no fish within 5 min – it is time for draw.
Third round qualification: 40 min (20 min × 2 matches)
*Winner category match and Consolation match. It is on the decision of organisators if in the same time or one ofter one.
[Winner category match]
One-on-one match up. Matching and fishing position is decided by drawing.
The match is divided into two halves of 20 min playing time. (20 min × 2 matches = 40 min.) After 20min, anglers will alternate the fishing position. It is decided the winner according to total quantities of caught fish in the third round. Winner advance to semi-final. In case the quantity of fish caught is same, it will be opened 5 min playoff. Winner is who caught a fish first. If it is no fish within 5 min – it is time for draw.
[Consolation match]
Matching and fishing position of 4 angers will be decided by drawing. It is into 2 groups of 4 anglers per each group. The match is divided into two halves of twenty minutes playing time. (20min × 2 matches= 40 min). After 20 min, anglers will rotate the same zone. Rotation and interval time is 2 min. It is decided the winner according to total quantities of caught fish in the match. Top one of each group advance to semi-final. In case the quantity of fish caught is same, it will be opened 5 min playoff. Winner is who caught a fish first. If it is no fish within 5 min it is time for draw.
Semi-final: 30 min (15 min × 2 matches)
Advanced 8 anglers from third round winner and 2 angler from winner of consolation match will be into 2 groups of 5 anglers per each group by drawing. The match is divided into 2 matches of 15min playing time. Each 15min, anglers will rotate the same zone. Rotation and interval time is 2 min. It is decided the winner according to total quantities of caught fish in the semi-final. Top one of each group advance to the final. 2nd place of each group advance to the match for the third place. In case the quantity of fish caught is same, it will be opened 5 min playoff. Winner is who caught a fish first. If it is no fish within 5 min, anglers will alternate the fishing position. . If it is no fish within next 5 min – it is time for draw.
The final: 20 min (10 min × 2 matches)
2 finalist plays the match and 2nd place of each group match. It is divided into 2 matches of 10min playing time. It is on the decision of organizators if in same time or one after one. match for the third place and the fourth place. Each 10min, finalist and rank-deciding competitors will rotate the same zone. Rotation and interval time is 2 min. Official staffs are the judgement of the final. It is decided the ranking according to total quantities of caught fish in the final and rank-deciding match.
Third and Fourth place : In case the quantity of fish caught is same, it will be opened 5 min playoff, – rotation and next playoff if there is still no fish. After two playoff without fish it is time for draw.
First and two place : In case the quantity of fish caught is same, it will be opened 5 min playoff, rotation after 5 min. This round can not be win with draw. Only main referee can make decision about draw.
When the organiser decide he may change the operational rule, regulation and others. It is not accept any complaints about rules and regulations.
